bouncy ball, chattering wind-up teeth, or a balloon

P.S. This is not our drawer. This is a random person's.

Kay so I'm not gonna write about my first day of school, cause thats so ordinary! But my American History teacher, Mr. Waite is so AWESOME!!!!!! He makes the best lessons. Like how he connects Wednesday's lesson of throwing wet toiletpaper wads at the board from across the room over everyone's head, to a topography map of the US! Don't ask. (I hit someone in the head!!!! Haha. Then he got hit in the chest by someone else. I would say I feel sorry, but it was so funny!) Our homework over the weekend is:
1) Read Chapter 4 in textbook
2) Meditate
3) Go on a bike ride
4) Read the chapter again
5) Find your family's junk drawer
6) Find 3 things that you can connect to something you learned in the chapter, such as a bouncy ball, chattering wind-up teeth, or a balloon. You get the idea. The more imaginative, the better.
7) If you cannot find anything to connect, repeat steps 1-4.
8) Bring items to school
9) Share with class and teach them the chapter using your three items.

Isn't that awesome? The chapter is long, so I'm trying hard not to have to repeat the steps. That could take a while. Anyway, I think that's a pretty well thought of assignment.
